Refund policy

We understand that you may have various reasons for seeking a refund, but please be aware that changing your mind and realizing that the product is not your style or not to your liking is not a valid reason for a refund. We have provided ample opportunities for you to preview our content, including free map packs on our Patreon, a YouTube channel showcasing the maps and cinematics, and a website where you can preview the story, maps, and pictures.

We strongly suggest that you take advantage of these resources before pledging. This will allow you to make an informed decision about whether our content is right for you.

Community Conduct
